• I'd like to execute a serverless function every time a message is written to a RabbitMQ or Kafka - what's the self-hosted equivalent of AWS Lambda + SNS/SQS or Azure Functions + ASQ/ASB?

  I use https://fission.io/ on Kubernetes to emulate AWS Lambda + API Gateway to run Python functions. I use their YAML Spec functionality to deploy functions. It works well for my use case. Source: about 4 years ago
