Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing FinFeedAPI and Cert Decoder.

What's the story behind your product?

FinFeedAPI's answer

FinFeedAPI is a product developed by the team behind CoinAPI. CoinAPI was founded in 2017 by Artur Pietrzyk, initially stemming from a personal project to build high-frequency market-making models for cryptocurrency markets. Recognizing the broader need for reliable and unified access to exchange data, he launched CoinAPI to provide this infrastructure to others.

FinFeedAPI represents an evolution and expansion of this expertise. It leverages the CoinAPI team's experience in collecting, processing, and delivering complex financial data (initially focused on cryptocurrencies) to offer similar high-quality services for a broader range of traditional financial assets, specifically stocks and fiat currencies, alongside crypto. The aim is to provide a superior, cleaner, and more structured way for users to access this vital financial information.

Cert Decoder's answer:

I built certdecoder.com over the weekend for my own needs. Sometimes in my work, I need to verify and check certificate details.
