What makes your product unique?

Most rental platforms stop at verification. FindMyStay adds 48-hour arrival protection, which covers the renter after they land if the property does not match the listing. Payments are held in escrow through Stripe and released to the host after check-in, so neither side has to trust the other on faith. Chat between renter and host is translated live, which removes the language barrier that makes most cross-border rentals difficult. Hosts list for free and pay commission only when a booking actually happens.

Because the protection covers the moment that actually matters. Every major platform verifies listings, but verification only tells you a property looked real when someone checked it. FindMyStay is built around what happens when you arrive: escrow payments held until check-in, and 48-hour arrival protection if the place is not as advertised. Hosts get a better deal too, with no listing fee and a free plan that charges commission only on completed bookings. European Youth Card holders pay half the booking fee.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

International students, Erasmus participants and young professionals relocating to a new European city. They share one problem: they have to book housing from another country, in a language they often do not speak, for a property they cannot visit first. The other side of the platform is landlords and letting agencies, from single-property owners to agencies managing hundreds of units.
