As a single-page Framer site, SplitWave may lack the depth of information that some users need, such as detailed documentation, FAQs, or comprehensive feature breakdowns.

Using a framer.website subdomain rather than a custom domain can reduce perceived credibility and professionalism, potentially making visitors less confident in the product or service.

Single-page Framer sites can face challenges with search engine optimization due to limited content pages, fewer indexable URLs, and constraints on metadata customization.
  • Lack of Social Proof
The website could benefit from more visible testimonials, case studies, or user reviews to build trust and demonstrate real-world value to prospective users.
  • Dependency on Third-Party Platform
Being hosted entirely on Framer means SplitWave is dependent on the platform's uptime, performance, and feature limitations, which could pose risks if the platform changes its terms or experiences issues.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Finblick and SplitWave.

What makes your product unique?

Finblick's answer

Finblick is built entirely inside Salesforce โ€“ not just integrated with it. Finance and sales teams work in the same system, with no data exports, no duplicate entries, and no switching between tools. The result is a true quote-to-cash workflow within a single Salesforce org, covering quotes, invoices, e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD), DATEV export, bank synchronization, and SEPA direct debit โ€“ all natively.

On top of that, Finblick supports AI-powered quoting via Agentforce: sales reps can turn meeting notes into a complete, ready-to-send quote with a single prompt โ€“ without leaving Salesforce.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Finblick's answer

Most accounting tools either require a separate system alongside Salesforce or offer only basic invoicing functionality. Finblick covers the full financial document lifecycle โ€“ from quote to payment โ€“ without leaving Salesforce.

It is specifically designed for the DACH market, with built-in compliance for German e-invoicing standards (XRechnung and ZUGFeRD) and a DATEV integration. Setup requires no custom development, and the modular licensing model means teams can start with what they need and expand later.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Finblick's answer

Finance and sales teams at SMBs, mid-market companies, and multi-entity organizations (holdings, corporate groups) that already use Salesforce for CRM and need accounting functionality within the same platform โ€“ primarily in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

What's the story behind your product?

Finblick's answer

Finblick was developed by Cloudwharf, a Salesforce-focused software company. The product was born out of a recurring challenge: companies using Salesforce for sales were still managing finance in separate, disconnected tools. Finblick closes that gap by bringing accounting natively into Salesforce, eliminating the friction between sales and finance teams and enabling a seamless quote-to-cash process within one platform.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Finblick's answer

Finblick is built natively on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. It leverages Salesforce's AppExchange infrastructure and integrates with external services including DATEV (accounting export) and FinAPI (Open Banking).
