We build Fillout for just this type of reason. If you store the list of countries in Airtable, SmartSuite, HubSpot, Monday, Notion etc. You can have the options automatically sync to your Fillout form (you can't with Google Sheets currently but you can with all those other platforms). That's a fun example, because ChatGPT doesn't actually have the ability to fetch the contents of a URL. So it produced that summary (and the lyrics) entirely based on guessing the content of that URL!
