We build Fillout for just this type of reason. If you store the list of countries in Airtable, SmartSuite, HubSpot, Monday, Notion etc. You can have the options automatically sync to your Fillout form (you can't with Google Sheets currently but you can with all those other platforms). I started with codedex.io , learning Python and HTML and then took their courses and moved on looking for projects with tutorials. Little steps one by one.
