Filently organizes your Google Drive automatically. It learns your naming and filing structure and handles every new document accordingly: (1) it identifies the document, (2) renames it, and (3) moves it to the right folder.
No matter where a file arrives โ Google Drive, email inbox, or manual upload โ Filently takes care of it and lifts the admin work off your plate. Built in Switzerland with GDPR-compliant processing on EU infrastructure, it never stores document contents and is CASA Tier 2 certified. Get started in under a minute and try the first 25 files free.
Filently
PythonAnywherePythonAnywhere is especially recommended for Python developers (beginners and intermediates), educators, students, and hobbyists who are looking for an easy and quick way to deploy and host their Python applications or who need an online python environment for coding practice.
Filently's answer
Filently doesn't force you into a new system or a rigid folder template โ it learns your own naming and folder structure and keeps it consistent automatically. Every new document is recognized, renamed to your convention, and filed in the right place with zero manual work, while your files always stay in your own Google Drive (no migration, no lock-in). Built in Switzerland with GDPR-compliant, CASA Tier 2 processing that never stores your document contents.
Filently's answer
Because Filently is the only option that organizes your Google Drive automatically without changing how you work. No manual prompting like ChatGPT, no migrating into a new system like traditional DMS tools โ it learns your structure, keeps your files in your own Drive, and just keeps them tidy. Swiss-made, GDPR-compliant, and it never stores your document contents.
Filently's answer
Filently is built for freelancers, solopreneurs, and small teams who deal with a constant flow of documents and lose hours every week manually renaming and filing. More broadly, it fits any digital-first small business or team on Google Drive that needs consistent, audit-ready file organization without hiring for admin.
Filently's answer
Filently started with a frustration we couldn't shake. While scaling our previous company past 5,000 customers, we watched talented people lose hours every week hunting for files and re-saving documents that had been dropped into badly named folders. It made one thing clear: even the best team can't outwork a broken way of handling information. Almost every part of work had been automated โ except the daily grind of naming and filing documents. So instead of forcing everyone into yet another system, we built an invisible layer on top of the Google Drive people already use: one that learns your structure and keeps every new file named and filed automatically. That's Filently.

The website is already built. Each comment will have a reddit post URL, and the bot should leave a comment on that URL. We can use pythonanywhere.com for this to make it easiest. Source: about 3 years ago
If you are learning, use pythonanywhere.com as they specialize in python, and make setup easy. Only $5 a month. Start with a barebones flask app, get it to run, then follow a tutorial. Actually better to build the app locally, easier to test with IDE like Pycharm. Then upload to the net. Source: about 3 years ago
Hello, I have a Minecraft server running on a Rpi with Paper. It works great and I use it to play with some of my friends. However, the server's public IP address often changes, meaning that I have to give my friends the new IP address daily. Being a programmer, I feel this could be automated. I don't want to buy a domain, so I want to try and setup a system where the server sends Its IP to my PythonAnywhere... Source: about 3 years ago
Hosting wise, I would reccomend pythonanywhere.com, combined with either https://imagekit.io or https://cloudinary.com. Source: over 3 years ago
So what is the best alternative? I have one Plotly Dash app on pythonanywhere.com where I spend 6 bucks a month so I don't want to spend anymore than 5 dollars per month on the PHP + MySQL. Source: over 3 years ago
