Feedbucket is a website feedback tool for web agencies, streamlining client communication when building new websites. It allows you to easily share screenshots, annotations, or screen recordings through multiple integrations with popular project management tools (Github, Jira, Asana, etc.).
Feedbucket avoids long email chains and endless review processes, saving hours in communication and explanation. Clients don’t have to install anything on their end, they can just start annotating, recording feedback, and showing their ideas live on the website. We are independent developers, and we have built Feedbucket primarily for small developer agencies who need to organize their client Feedback in the most efficient way.

As developers, we were frustrated by some of the shortcomings of the most popular feedback apps, so we simply decided to make our own with all the features and simplicity we were wishing for.

Hotjar has been our go-to for optimizing UI, reducing bounce rates, and refining CTAs. Its powerful insights have been instrumental in enhancing user experience. A staple tool for data-driven decisions!
I don't like the service. It is very slow and very expensive. Not recommended it to others.
Don't work the heatmap and I did not like others.

If you have installed a heat map like hotjar.com then I will tell you that I used that for a month and found 5 or so dead ends where users were not getting to the cart or clicking on things that where not informative enough to lead to the next action. Source: about 1 year ago
