There is the FeedBro Browser Extension for Firefox and Chrome based Browser. Works for me on Desktop and Laptop as Feedbrowser, inkluding Rules and OPML Import/Export. Also this Swiss-Army Knife can handle Feeds from other different Sources like Flipboard, Facebook (official Pages) and some other.
