Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Feed Guardians and HackerRank.

What makes your product unique?

Feed Guardians's answer

Unlike tools that only hide swear words, FeedGuardians detects buyer questions, complaints, trolls, and spam using a custom sentiment + intent engine. It knows the difference between a lead and a hater and acts accordingly.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Feed Guardians's answer

Because FeedGuardians does more than just hide bad comments, it protects your brand and recovers lost revenue at the same time.

Where most tools stop at basic keyword filters, FeedGuardians uses AI that understands buyer intent, instantly replies to pre-sale questions, and hides spam, trolls, and hate speech in seconds. It also handles DMs across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, making it a true all-in-one moderation assistant.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Feed Guardians's answer

FeedGuardians is built for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, e-commerce marketers, and paid social media managers who run Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok ads. Our typical users are growth-focused teams or founders who want to scale ad spend, protect brand trust, and increase conversions, without adding headcount.

What's the story behind your product?

Feed Guardians's answer

FeedGuardians was built for modern DTC brands overwhelmed by toxic comments and missed buyer questions. After managing six-figure ad campaigns, our team realized how much revenue was being lost in comment sections and DMs. Existing tools were too rigid, too clunky, or too focused on keyword filters. So we built a smarter, AI-powered solution that hides spam, replies to real customers, and saves time without requiring full admin permissions or extra seats. Now, hundreds of brands use FeedGuardians to keep their socials clean and conversion-ready.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Feed Guardians's answer

FeedGuardians is built with Laravel on the backend and React.js on the frontend, using PostgreSQL for data storage, Redis for real-time processing, and integrates with Meta and TikTok APIs to moderate comments and DMs. It also leverages custom AI models for sentiment and intent detection.

StrategicParenting – a top parenting content brand using FG to manage high-volume comment threads GoldenTree – a fast-scaling DTC brand leveraging auto-replies to boost ad conversions Gizzmo – a leading gadget e-commerce store using FG across multiple countries GlowSkincare – a skincare brand cleaning up comment spam to protect ROAS SocialHive Agency – an agency managing 15+ client pages through a single FG dashboard
