FeatureJet turns customer requests into a queue your AI agent can work from. Users vote on a public board; your agent pulls the top planned post over MCP, reads the discussion, and opens it as a branch you review. Agents can file feedback and propose statuses via the API or MCP server โ€” publishing to the board stays a human call. Flip a post to shipped and every voter gets an email automatically. $15/month or $119/year flat: unlimited boards, posts, votes, plus API, MCP server, and Python/Node SDKs included. 7-day free trial.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing FeatureJet and Featurebase.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

FeatureJet's answer

Two honest reasons. First, pricing: most feedback tools meter by tracked users or gate the API and integrations behind higher tiers, so your bill grows with your success. FeatureJet is $15/month flat โ€” unlimited boards, posts, and votes, with the API, MCP server, and SDKs included. Second, the agent workflow: if your AI coding agent is part of how you ship, FeatureJet gives it a queue to work from, not just a place to read. And a concession, because we would rather be straight with you: if you need enterprise SSO, granular roles, or deep analytics today, the bigger incumbents are currently a better fit. We are built for founders and small teams who ship.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

FeatureJet's answer

Founders and small product teams who use AI coding agents โ€” Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, any MCP client โ€” and want customer feedback to flow straight into what the agent builds next. If you ship weekly and answer your own support email, you are who we built this for.

What makes your product unique?

FeatureJet's answer

FeatureJet is built agents-first: the feedback board doubles as a work queue your AI agent can operate over MCP or the REST API โ€” pull the top planned post, read the discussion, attach evidence, propose a status change. Humans keep the ship decision. When a post flips to shipped, every voter gets an email automatically. And pricing is one flat $15/month with the API, MCP server, and SDKs included, because we would rather be loved than optimized.

What's the story behind your product?

FeatureJet's answer

We are a tiny team that builds small software products because building is the point. FeatureJet came out of our own workflow: AI agents do a lot of our implementation, and we wanted customer feedback to land somewhere an agent could actually work from โ€” not a dashboard it can only look at. So we built a feedback board with an MCP server, then made it our own backlog. FeatureJet's roadmap runs through FeatureJet: features on its public board get voted on, agents work the queue, and the changelog you can read there is the receipt. The flat $15 price is part of the story too โ€” we are not trying to squeeze anyone for every possible cent. We would rather build things that bring people joy and charge simply for them.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

FeatureJet's answer

Next.js on the front, FastAPI (Python) behind it, PostgreSQL and Redis underneath, all self-hosted with Docker. The agent surface is a Model Context Protocol server plus a REST API with Python and Node SDKs. Error reporting runs on self-hosted GlitchTip because customer data should stay on our own infrastructure. And a good share of the implementation is written by AI coding agents working from FeatureJet's own feedback board โ€” reviewed and shipped by humans.
