    So the solution you may not want to read but is by far the best current no cost option is FarmOS. If youโ€™re not at all tech savvy you can pay for a hosted setup, otherwise it runs on just about any 10 year old cast off computer. Infinitely better than a word doc lol.     Along the same lines, there is https://farmos.org/ It is a kind of like a CMS/ERP for agtech. I am using it for basic farm management purposes like inventorying equipment, chemicals, etc. It is built on Drupal which I personally do not like. Overall, the open source nature of the project allows anyone to contribute new modules.
