Based on our record, SongShift should be more popular than Exportify. It has been mentiond 27 times since March 2021. What you should back up is the playlists, since no matter what service you buy, you will never legally own it. Sometimes it's easier to work around the DRM than other times, but in no case are you supposed to be able to make copies and I find it easier not to try this and keep hundreds of extra gigabytes around when I pay for the service to host this for me already. However, Spotify's recommendations and search are FAR superior. When I switched to Apple Music (at the time, I'd just gotten an Apple Watch and Spotify didn't allow downloading music directly onto the watch. It's still buggy and not intuitive).
