Mauricio Palacio was at Accenture in Paris; Esteban was in Medellín building registration tools for event organizers and seeing how broken the existing software was. The first global enterprise client, Pierre Fabre, arrived in 2017; the first 50,000-attendee event in 2018. COVID forced a pivot to virtual and hybrid in 2020. The decisive call came in 2022: stop trying to serve every event type and specialize in enterprise and luxury, on the theory that a platform that bends in every direction ends up shaped like nothing.
