We use PINES which is based on Evergreen, which is open-source. I believe there are vendors you can pay to help you set it up and run it, and there's a volunteer community that will help, too. Of course, this is at the expense of having someone else run it *for* you, but my understanding is that we (Georgia libraries that use PINES) decided to make the software to address limitations in existing ILSs. For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption. I'm seeing this log in the decryption log both before and after installing the IA cert and when both using the installer or browsing the site. Source: about 3 years ago
