euinvoice is a free, browser-based invoice generator for EU freelancers and small businesses. It produces legally compliant invoice PDFs with the correct VAT rate, tax-ID labels and legal text for Slovakia, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic and France, and detects the reverse-charge case for cross-border B2B automatically. No account required to create and download an invoice. Privacy-first: invoices are generated in your browser.

React Engineeuinvoice.app's answer
Most invoice tools are either generic templates or full platforms that make you sign up and store your data on their servers. euinvoice is built for one job: a legally correct EU invoice in seconds. It applies the right VAT rate, tax-ID labels, reverse-charge mechanism and small-business / VAT-exempt wording for 7 EU countries (Slovakia, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, France) automatically, in 7 languages โ so a freelancer gets a compliant invoice without knowing the rules. No account is required to create and download one, and invoices are generated in your browser, so your data stays with you. Free for the core job, not a trial.
euinvoice.app's answer
Because euinvoice does one thing properly: a legally correct EU invoice in seconds, with nothing in your way. Generic invoice generators hand you a blank template and leave the VAT, reverse charge and country-specific legal text up to you. Full platforms like Zoho, Wave or Invoice Ninja can handle it, but they make you create an account, store your data on their servers, and often need setup to get EU VAT right. euinvoice applies the correct VAT rate, tax-ID labels, reverse-charge wording and small-business exemption text for 7 EU countries automatically, in 7 languages โ with no signup, your data staying in your browser, and genuinely free for the core job. Choose it when you want a compliant invoice without the overhead of an accounting platform.
euinvoice.app's answer
euinvoice is for EU-based freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and small businesses who invoice clients and need to get the VAT right. The core user is a freelancer or micro-business in one of 7 countries (Slovakia, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, France) who bills domestic and cross-border EU B2B clients โ including those operating under a small-business / VAT-exempt scheme (Kleinunternehmer and equivalents). They want a quick, compliant invoice without signing up for or learning a full accounting platform, and they care about keeping their data private. It is not aimed at large finance teams or anyone needing full bookkeeping, payment collection or recurring billing.
euinvoice.app's answer
euinvoice came out of a simple, frustrating gap: invoicing inside the EU is genuinely complicated โ VAT rates, tax-ID labels, the reverse-charge mechanism for cross-border B2B, and small-business exemptions all differ by country โ yet the available tools were either generic templates that left all of that to you, or full accounting platforms that wanted an account and your data on their servers. euinvoice was built to close that gap: a focused tool that applies the correct EU rules for you, produces a compliant invoice PDF in seconds, asks for no signup, and keeps your data in your browser. It is part of a small independent studio that builds focused, privacy-respecting tools rather than feature-bloated platforms โ software that does its job and gets out of your way.
euinvoice.app's answer
euinvoice is built with Next.js (App Router) and React in TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS. Invoice PDFs are generated in the browser with react-pdf, so invoice data stays on the user's device. Accounts and saved data use Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth), Pro subscriptions run on Stripe, and transactional email is handled by Resend. The codebase is tested with Vitest.
