euinvoice came out of a simple, frustrating gap: invoicing inside the EU is genuinely complicated — VAT rates, tax-ID labels, the reverse-charge mechanism for cross-border B2B, and small-business exemptions all differ by country — yet the available tools were either generic templates that left all of that to you, or full accounting platforms that wanted an account and your data on their servers. euinvoice was built to close that gap: a focused tool that applies the correct EU rules for you, produces a compliant invoice PDF in seconds, asks for no signup, and keeps your data in your browser. It is part of a small independent studio that builds focused, privacy-respecting tools rather than feature-bloated platforms — software that does its job and gets out of your way.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

euinvoice is built with Next.js (App Router) and React in TypeScript, styled with Tailwind CSS. Invoice PDFs are generated in the browser with react-pdf, so invoice data stays on the user's device. Accounts and saved data use Supabase (PostgreSQL + Auth), Pro subscriptions run on Stripe, and transactional email is handled by Resend. The codebase is tested with Vitest.
