    Coffee increases serotonin levels, etc. (You can check epocrates.com for the full "physician desk reference" run-down. ) Coffee is not on the "must avoid" list. It is on the "not recommended" list. I never changed my fairly normal coffee consumption. I am not recommending you drink coffee, and this is not medical advice. YMMV.
