I started buying their reports like a year ago, usually go for packages since it's cheaper per report. Now I switched to their Unlimited Auction Package (something like that). It works fine with Copart auction, and a pretty good deal. Overall I would recommend EpicVIN if you need good value reports for a moderate price.
