Why is it so hard to find Maille and Surcoat options for potential NPC art?
I have heard of e-pic character creator: https://overheadgames.com/epic-character-generator/ I've not tried it myself but you have limited options so might be your only other choice. Otherwise you can contract artists to create the artwork you want, but obviously more time, cost and effort to do it that way. Source: over 4 years ago
