EmoFlow-AI is an emotional self-discovery app built around a feelings wheel and an AI coach. Instead of just logging or journaling your mood like Daylio or Reflectly, it responds - and you never face a blank page, the journal writes itself: you select what you feel on a 130-emotion wheel, the AI coach asks about your situation, then walks you through an evidence-based technique (DBT, CBT, ACT, somatic) until you reach relief. It tracks patterns over 30 days so the coach adapts to you, and can produce a shareable summary for your therapist. 8 languages, privacy-first.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing EmoFlow-AI.app and Think Python.

What makes your product unique?

EmoFlow-AI.app's answer

EmoFlow-AI doesn't stop at tracking a mood - it acts on it. You select what you feel on a 130-emotion wheel (far more granular than typical mood apps), then an AI coach asks about your situation and guides you through an evidence-based technique from DBT, CBT, ACT or somatic therapy until you reach relief. It also turns your patterns into a shareable therapist report, works in 8 languages, and lets you try the wheel with no account. It's a reflection and coaching tool, not a substitute for professional care.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

EmoFlow-AI.app's answer

Mood trackers like Daylio or Reflectly log how you feel and leave you to interpret it. EmoFlow-AI responds in the moment: it helps you name the feeling across 130 emotions, interprets why you might feel it, then the AI coach picks a technique based on your situation and walks you through it step by step to an actual result - not a streak, a quote or a generic tip. You also get a recap of each session, and over time your patterns build into a dashboard for understanding yourself. Add a shareable therapist report (in the therapist's language, no login for them), 8-language support, a free trial with no credit card, and a privacy-first design, and you get in-the-moment support that logging apps don't offer.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

EmoFlow-AI.app's answer

People who want to do something with a feeling, not just record it - anyone facing emotional overwhelm without immediate access to a therapist, whether due to cost, availability, language barriers, or simply needing support right now. It also serves therapists, who share it with clients for the moments between sessions.

What's the story behind your product?

EmoFlow-AI.app's answer

EmoFlow-AI began as its founder's own tool for a hard stretch - a way to actually help yourself in the gap between mood tracking and real support. A therapist's emotion wheel was the spark, but naming a feeling always left the question "okay, now what?" - so the wheel was connected to an AI coach that answers it. Each part that followed (the patterns dashboard, the therapist report, each new exercise) was built to the same bar: it has to produce a real result, not just sound nice. It's a connected system, shared with others navigating the same gap.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

EmoFlow-AI.app's answer

EmoFlow-AI is a web app built on Next.js (React) and TypeScript, with a serverless backend on Vercel and a PostgreSQL database via Supabase. The AI coaching is powered by large language models, and the interface is fully localized into 8 languages. It runs in any modern browser - no install required - and is built privacy-first.
