It is especially useful for creators who want to improve discoverability, establish a stronger brand, build an audience they own, and understand how listeners find and engage with their content.

What makes your product unique?

PodView's answer:

PodView is built specifically for podcasts rather than adapted from a generic website builder. It automatically turns a podcast RSS feed or YouTube channel into a complete website and keeps episodes, show notes, artwork, audio, and video synchronized.

What makes PodView especially distinctive is its focus on both traditional search and AI discovery. In addition to technical SEO, structured data, sitemaps, and episode pages, PodView gives creators more control over how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini understand, describe, and cite their shows.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

PodView was created by a team with more than two decades of experience building technology for podcasters and digital audio creators.

After working across podcast hosting, distribution, analytics, advertising, and podcast search optimization, the team saw that podcast websites had not evolved alongside the medium. Podcasts now span audio, video, RSS, YouTube, search engines, and AI assistants, but creators were still being offered generic websites or basic hosting pages.

PodView was created to provide a modern home for a podcast: automatically updated, optimized for discovery, designed around episodes and guests, and built to help creators own their audience.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

PodView's answer:

PodView is primarily built with Python and Django, supported by PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, and modern cloud infrastructure.

The platform also integrates with podcast RSS feeds, YouTube, analytics services, email delivery systems, domain and DNS providers, and AI-powered content-processing technologies.
