I use Mailgun myself, but https://emailoctopus.com might be worth a look. Like Sendy they also use Amazon SES, so should be pretty cheap. And then you wouldn't have to deal with hosting it yourself, unlike Sendy. They say they have a developer API so maybe you can get metrics from that. The browser version of VS Code offered by Github is actually better than Xcode in a lot of ways. Apple should find this situation supremely embarrassing.
