Seconded. I won't recommend it and no one I know has recommended it for a decade. According to a keyword tool RiteTag, we're looking at about 8 posts per hour, with 3300 impressions per hour for #chicagobulls but 56k impressions per hour for #bulls. (An "impression" is a person being shown the ad/tweet/whatever. So if you buy an ad and they say you will get 5000 impressions, it means they will show the ad 5000 times.)
