Seconded. I won't recommend it and no one I know has recommended it for a decade. If you're just shopping around / looking for comparatives, then sites like apartments.com, and https://sfbay.craigslist.org/ are good for getting an overview, keeping in mind they have a bit of a bias in their numbers as they only compare / show what they have so using at least two sites to get a "baseline" would be best.
