DEV.toElement Pack Pro's answer
Honestly, it's the sheer variety packed into one plugin. You get 300+ widgets, 2,700+ ready-made templates, a Mega Menu builder, Header & Footer builder, and WooCommerce tools โ all without needing to install five different plugins. On top of that, features like Live Copy-Paste across domains, Liquid Glass effects, White Label support, and Dynamic Content make it feel like a professional design studio built right into Elementor.
Element Pack Pro's answer
Most Elementor addons give you widgets. Element Pack Pro gives you a complete toolkit. You get more widgets, more templates, and more built-in tools than what competitors typically bundle โ and the team ships updates consistently. Whether it's the Mega Menu, EDD integration, or White Label for agencies, these are features you'd normally need multiple plugins for. And with 100,000+ active users, it's a plugin people actually stick with.
Element Pack Pro's answer
Pretty much anyone building websites with Elementor. That includes freelancers who need to move fast with ready templates, agencies that want White Label and multi-site flexibility, developers who want deep customization without coding, and beginners who just want things to look great out of the box. It's built to serve all of them without compromise.
Element Pack Pro's answer
It started with a simple frustration โ Elementor is powerful, but its native widget library has limits. The team at BdThemes, based in Bangladesh, set out to fill those gaps and ended up building one of the most comprehensive Elementor addon plugins out there. What began as a handful of extra widgets grew into a full design ecosystem with 100,000+ active installations, thousands of templates, and a community of users from all over the world.
Element Pack Pro's answer
It's built on PHP, JavaScript, and CSS โ following WordPress and Elementor coding standards throughout. Under the hood, it uses the Elementor Widget and Extension APIs for seamless integration, Swiper.js for carousels and sliders, and UIKit for select UI components. It works cleanly with Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, and most major WordPress themes.

As a mini-blog, it is a nice alternative for Medium to publish and share information about programming.
However, the community and the organization are biased toward social justice (and they are open to it). You can read its Code of Conduct, it is so vague and politically leads (I prefer a term of service because it defines fair rules for everybody). So it alienates developers that we don't care about politics in pro of people that want to talk about any other topic such as sexuality, how women are unprivileged, and such. It even mandates to use inclusive language. Good grief.
My main complaint is the quality of the community. It is not StackOverflow (so we don't want to ask for an answer here), and most of the top topics are clickbait, such as "how to become a rockstar developer in ... days", "100 tips to become a better programmer" (and it doesn't even talk about programming).
Technically this "mini blog" site allows us to use markdown, and it is okay. However, the whole experience is really basic. Even the template is ugly.
Based on our record, DEV.to seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 649 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

While developing Wasp, a JS full-stack framework, we keep researching other ecosystems (Rails, Laravel, Django, etc.) and finding ways how they figured out developer productivity. We kept finding these reusable legos, so we gave them a name: "full-stack modules". Let's define what we mean by that exactly. - Source: dev.to / 9 days ago

Getting a first thing online is a milestone worth not reaching alone. A MLH hackathon is the perfect place to try: build, break, and deploy alongside other people over a weekend. And DEV is always here for the other parts, open all the time, where a new coder can post the project, ask for feedback, and read how someone else cleared the same hurdle. - Source: dev.to / 14 days ago
Same idea. Four rewrites. Four character budgets. Four hashtag policies. Four mental models of an algorithm I do not control and cannot see. And that is before you reach Mastodon, Threads, Reddit, a newsletter, dev.to, and whatever launched this quarter. - Source: dev.to / 16 days ago
