For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption. I convert EPUBs to PDFs often with Zamar @ zamzar.com. You are limited to 2 or 3 free conversions per day. When you get to the site, note that "Convert to" format is found by having to scroll down a lot in column 2 under Document formats, which is below image types at the top of column.
