    It depends how good your electronics are or whether you're willing to invest time into learning PCB design. The capacitor's values can be found using an LCR meter, it will be a bit fiddly and you'll want to remove them from the flex PCB before testing. LCR meter can be picked up cheap on Amazon.     I don't think data is even hiding there. Play around with https://snorpey.github.io/jpg-glitch/ and you may be convinced. The algorithm is basically that it sets every seed byte after the JPEG header to strength an iterations count of times.
