AI clippers like Eklipse and OpusClip process your VOD after the stream and guess your best moments, often missing what mattered. Boltis lets you mark the moment the instant it happens, because you already know when something is clip-worthy. What's the story behind your product?

Boltis.app's answer:

Boltis was built by a Twitch streamer, NeroZYN, who was tired of the usual options: begging viewers to clip and getting nothing, or watching four-hour VODs at 1.5x during a day job just to find the funny bits. He built a one-hotkey tool to capture moments live, then added a vertical editor so clips could go straight to TikTok and Shorts. It started as QuickClips and is now Boltis.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Boltis.app's answer:

Boltis is a Windows desktop app built with Electron. It creates clips through Twitch's official clip API, so clips are generated server-side by Twitch with no local screen recording. The built-in editor handles vertical layouts, captions, and GIF, text, and image overlays, exporting 1080x1920 video for TikTok, Shorts, and Reels.
