E-Rechnungs-Studio was built because we had this exact problem ourselves.

We run a German company and needed to prepare for mandatory B2B e-invoicing. Like many small businesses, we already had an invoicing process that worked well. We did not want to completely change our workflow, regenerate all invoices manually, rebuild templates, or move to a full new accounting system just to create compliant e-invoices.

We wanted a smoother path: keep creating invoices in the way we already knew, then convert those existing PDFs into valid e-invoices.

E-Rechnungs-Studio was created to solve that transition problem for other businesses in the same situation.
