There is /e/ OS - https://e.foundation - which also offers their second version of the Murena phone that comes pre-installed with the OS - https://murena.com They also sell other phones pre-installed or you can install it yourself. Lineage OS isn't officially supported on the FP4, but there are other OSs that are. One is iodéOS (based on Lineage). I have been running it on my FP4 and have no complaints apart from not being able to use the wide-angle camera. Source: over 3 years ago
