Use this: https://danpla.github.io/dpscreenocr/ I set it on Ctrl+Q shortcut. It takes screenshot and transcribe text from the image. The text is automatically copied to clipboard for you. There's also https://github.com/mech-lang/mech . That too seems to be getting close to hiatus.
