DPP Delivery helps construction product manufacturers comply with the EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR 2024) by transforming existing Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and product data into Digital Product Passports (DPPs).
The EU now requires Digital Product Passports for construction products entering the European market. For manufacturers - especially SMEs producing cement, insulation, steel, timber, masonry, and roofing products - this creates a significant compliance challenge. Most lack the in-house expertise to navigate DPP data formats, hosting infrastructure, unique identifiers, and machine-readable declarations.
DPP Delivery provides a structured pathway from existing product data to compliant DPPs: - Ingest: Collect existing EPDs, Declarations of Performance, technical data sheets, and product specifications - Structure: Map product data to the required DPP schema, filling gaps and resolving inconsistencies - Host: DPPs hosted on secure, compliant infrastructure with unique identifiers and QR codes - Export: Machine-readable DPPs delivered in the required format, ready for EU market access
Services range from an initial DPP Readiness Assessment (identifying compliance gaps and priorities) through full DPP onboarding per product family, with ongoing hosting and maintenance.
Built on deep expertise in construction product compliance, life cycle assessment (LCA), environmental data management, and data science. Based in Ireland, serving Irish and European construction product manufacturers.

DPP Delivery.ie's answer
DPP Delivery is the only compliance platform built specifically for construction product manufacturers navigating CPR 2024 and ESPR Digital Product Passport requirements. It works with your existing EPDs rather than replacing them - transforming static PDF declarations into machine-readable, hosted Digital Product Passports without expensive repeat LCA studies. The pricing is structured for SMEs with 20-250 employees, not enterprise sustainability teams. And because it is delivered by a consultancy with deep CPR 2024 knowledge, manufacturers get guided onboarding rather than a self-serve tool that leaves them guessing.
DPP Delivery.ie's answer
DPP Delivery launched in early 2026 as a specialist new entrant into the construction DPP compliance space, currently working with its first cohort of Irish manufacturers in the precast concrete and insulation sectors. Given the niche and the regulatory context, we does not publish customer names during early engagement. If you are a construction product manufacturer evaluating options, contact us directly via website - the DPP Readiness Assessment (paid, 2-hour consultation) is a low-commitment starting point with no obligation to proceed to platform onboarding.

Enterprise platforms like One Click LCA and Sphera are built for large manufacturers with dedicated sustainability teams and five-figure budgets - they are overkill for an Irish precast or insulation manufacturer who needs DPP compliance, not a full LCA rebuild. EPD program operators publish static PDFs; they do not deliver the machine-readable Digital Product Passports that CPR 2024 now requires. DPP Delivery bridges that gap: it takes what manufacturers already have, structures it to the regulation's requirements, and delivers compliance in weeks rather than months, at a fraction of the enterprise cost.
DPP Delivery.ie's answer
Quality Managers, Technical Directors, and Compliance Leads at mid-sized Irish and EU construction product manufacturers - companies producing precast concrete, insulation, timber products, steel fabrication, facade systems, or similar. Typically 20-250 employees, with existing EPDs but no clear path to CPR 2024 Digital Product Passport compliance. They understand the regulatory deadline is real, have limited internal sustainability expertise, and need a guided, affordable route to compliance that does not require starting their product documentation from scratch.
DPP Delivery.ie's answer
We observed a straightforward but serious problem: CPR 2024 required Irish construction manufacturers to have Digital Product Passports in place from January 2026, but the only available solutions were either enterprise-priced platforms built for multinationals, or EPD program operators who issue PDF documents with no DPP functionality. The manufacturers most affected - SMEs with 50-200 employees, existing EPDs, and no internal LCA team - were falling through the gap. We built DPP Delivery to close that gap: a specialist service combining compliance consulting with a purpose-built platform, priced and designed for the manufacturers who need it most.

The marketing and information site runs on Astro with Cloudflare Pages for performance and global delivery. The compliance platform is built on Python (FastAPI/Django) with PostgreSQL, using AI-assisted PDF parsing (PyMuPDF and OpenAI API) to extract structured data from existing EPD documents. Digital Product Passports are served as machine-readable JSON-LD, with QR code generation for physical product labelling. File storage uses Cloudflare R2.
