DoughPlan is back-of-house production-planning software for home and micro sourdough bakeries selling 20โ€“150 loaves a week. It turns a week of customer orders into a time-reversed bake schedule (levain โ†’ bulk โ†’ proof โ†’ bake, counted backward from each pickup time), recipe formulas scaled in baker's percentages, one aggregated shopping list across every order, cottage-food-compliant labels, and a per-order packing list for market day.

It fills the missing middle of bakery software: storefront tools (the now-closed Castiron, Hotplate) take orders but stop there, while enterprise bakery systems (FlourPower, Cybake) are built and priced for wholesale operations doing hundreds of loaves a day. Inventory and cost tools like Craftybase handle the accounting half, not the bake-day timeline. DoughPlan gives a solo baker the production brain of the big tools at a micro-baker price ($0โ€“$39/mo).

Three free calculators (baker's percentage, levain, dough temperature) and the full planner are live today. Cancel anytime; the founding rate is locked for life.
