DoorFee adds paid subscriptions to a Discord server. You connect your own Stripe account, decide what each tier costs and which Discord roles it grants, and DoorFee handles the rest: checkout, recurring billing, refunds, cancellations.

When someone subscribes, the bot assigns their role automatically. Roles come off the second a cancellation goes through. Refunds are two clicks. Failed cards get dunning emails. Chargebacks show up in your DoorFee dashboard with the option to respond directly through Stripe.

### What you get - Hosted sales page per server, editable in a drag-and-drop builder - Custom domains so subscribers land on your URL, not ours - Recurring or one-time tiers at any interval, with optional free trials - Coupons and per-tier subscriber caps if you want to cap signups - Multi-manager support so a team can run the program together - Built-in affiliate program for your own subscribers - 20% lifetime payout if you refer paying creators to DoorFee itself - Analytics and email integrations (GA4, PostHog, mailing list export)

Pricing

  • Free: 10% per transaction, all features, no monthly fee
  • Pro: $28/month, 2.5% per transaction, priority support

Stripe processing fees are separate and go to Stripe regardless of plan. DoorFee never holds your money. Payouts flow direct from your own Stripe Connect account to your bank on whatever schedule you set.

All money moves through your Stripe account, not ours. You keep the customer email and the Discord ID. No middle layer between you and your subscribers.

Analysis of DoorFee

Overall verdict

  • DoorFee (doorfee.io) appears to be a service worth considering, but as with any product, its suitability depends on your specific needs, budget, and use case. Note that publicly available, verified information about this service is limited, so you should evaluate it directly, review current user feedback, and test it before committing.

Why this product is good

  • May offer a streamlined solution for managing fees, payments, or access control depending on its specific feature set
  • Could provide time savings and automation for tasks that would otherwise be handled manually
  • Potentially competitive pricing compared to established alternatives in its category
  • Modern web-based platform that may be accessible across devices without complex installation

Recommended for

  • Small to medium businesses looking to automate fee or payment management
  • Property managers or landlords needing access or entry fee solutions (if applicable to the platform's focus)
  • Teams seeking an affordable alternative to more established competitors
  • Users who prefer to trial a service before full commitment and can verify current features and reliability firsthand

Analysis of api-usage

Overall verdict

  • Without independent verification, api-usage (apiusage.info) cannot be confidently confirmed as a good or reliable service since there is insufficient public information, reviews, or track record available to assess its quality, security, and support.

Why this product is good

  • Limited publicly available information makes it difficult to verify claims about the service
  • No substantial user reviews or third-party assessments found to confirm reliability or performance
  • Unclear track record regarding uptime, customer support quality, or data security practices
  • Potential newer or niche player in the API monitoring/usage tracking space with limited market validation

Recommended for

  • Users willing to conduct their own due diligence and testing before committing
  • Those seeking a possibly low-cost or niche alternative to established API usage tracking tools
  • Developers comfortable trying newer services and providing feedback
  • Not recommended for enterprises requiring proven, well-documented vendor reliability without further research
