As answered by people managing domainsearch.sh and Codegres.org.
domainsearch.sh's answer
domainsearch.sh pairs a real-time availability checker with a fast, deterministic suggestion engine, and streams both together. Type any word, brand idea, or phrase and a ranked, de-duplicated shortlist of brandable names streams in over Server-Sent Events, with live availability across hundreds of TLDs appearing the moment each name is found rather than after a full batch. The engine is CPU-only and deterministic, so it is fast and repeatable rather than a slow generative model, and every suggestion is fully transparent: you can see how it was derived and its complete score breakdown across length, brandability, pronounceability, and TLD fit. It is fast enough for both interactive use and AI agents, and free to use.
domainsearch.sh's answer
Most naming tools make you pick a side: bare availability checkers tell you a name is taken but do not help you find one, while name generators invent names slowly and opaquely and often gate the best results behind a paywall. domainsearch.sh does both at once and shows its work. Results stream in live instead of making you wait for a full batch, availability is checked in real time across hundreds of TLDs with one-click registrar links, and every suggestion carries a transparent score so you understand why it ranks where it does. It is fast, deterministic (the same input gives the same results), free, and built to be used by people and AI agents alike.
domainsearch.sh's answer
Founders, indie hackers, and makers naming a new company, product, or side project; developers and marketers who need an available, brandable domain quickly; and AI agents and apps that consume domain search programmatically through its live, streaming responses.
domainsearch.sh's answer
domainsearch.sh started in 2026 out of frustration with the two kinds of domain tools that already existed: availability checkers that tell you a name is taken but offer nothing else, and name generators that are slow, opaque, and quick to put their best results behind a paywall. The goal was a single tool that is fast, transparent, and pleasant to use: type any idea and watch brandable, actually-available names stream in live, each with a clear score you can reason about, across hundreds of TLDs. To keep it fast and predictable, the suggestion engine was built as a deterministic, CPU-only pipeline rather than a heavyweight generative model, which also makes it fast enough for AI agents to call directly. It is free to use.
