  • Niche Real Estate Focus
Redential appears to target the residential real estate or rental market specifically, which can allow for tailored features and a more relevant user experience compared to generic platforms.
  • Streamlined Property Management
If the platform offers tools for landlords or property managers, it can simplify tasks like listing properties, screening tenants, and handling paperwork in one centralized location.
  • Potential Time Savings
By consolidating rental or property-related processes into a single platform, users may save time compared to using multiple disconnected tools or services.
  • Digital Convenience
An online-first approach can make it easier for users to search, apply, or manage properties remotely without needing in-person visits for every step.
  • Modern User Interface
Newer real estate platforms often invest in clean, intuitive designs that make navigation and property searches more user-friendly than older, legacy systems.

Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Public Information
There is relatively little detailed, verified information available about Redential's specific features, pricing, or track record, making it harder to assess its full value proposition.
  • Uncertain Market Presence
As a potentially newer or smaller platform, Redential may lack the brand recognition, user base, or third-party reviews that more established real estate platforms have.
  • Possible Feature Gaps
Without extensive documentation or reviews, it's unclear whether Redential offers the same breadth of features (e.g., payment processing, legal document support) as more mature competitors.
  • Customer Support Uncertainty
The quality and availability of customer support may be inconsistent or unproven, since smaller platforms sometimes struggle to scale support services effectively.
  • Trust and Security Concerns
For a platform handling sensitive information like rental agreements or payments, users may have concerns about data security and platform reliability if it's not yet widely vetted.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing DOER and Redential.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

DOER's answer

DOER is a web app built with plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, hosted on Vercel behind Cloudflare. Payments run through Stripe, so members are paid directly and DOER never holds their money. Course content is delivered through Google Drive and YouTube so creators keep ownership of their material. It runs in any modern browser on desktop and mobile with nothing to install.

What makes your product unique?

DOER's answer

DOER is a professional network with no ads, no algorithm and zero commission. Most professional platforms make money by selling your attention to advertisers or by taking a cut of what you earn. DOER does neither. Members pay a simple membership if they want the paid features, and keep 100% of what they charge for their services, courses and coaching.

It is built around four things you actually do: Connect, Learn, Earn and Build. And it starts every day with the Huddle, one goal, what is in the way and the next action, so the platform is about getting things done rather than scrolling.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

DOER's answer

People who get things done and are tired of being judged on their history instead of their work. Solo founders, freelancers, tradespeople going out on their own, coaches, people building a side business while holding down a job, and anyone who started without a network, a pedigree or a degree.

If you would rather have a platform that helps you finish the day's work than one that keeps you scrolling, DOER is for you.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

DOER's answer

Because on DOER you are the mem

  • Against LinkedIn: no ads, no engagement algorithm deciding who sees you, no feed built to make you feel behind. A profile on DOER is about what you do, not your title or pedigree.
  • Against Upwork and Fiverr: zero commission. Sell services to other members and keep 100% of it, Stripe fees only.
  • Against Udemy, Skool and Patreon: publish courses and paid coaching inside the same network where your connections already are, on one simple membership, with no cut taken from your income.

One platform for Connect, Learn, Earn and Build instead of four subscriptions and four sets of fees.

What's the story behind your product?

DOER's answer

DOER started in November 2022 from a simple frustration: every professional platform makes its money by selling your attention to advertisers or by taking a cut of what you earn, and the feed ends up being a distraction from actual work rather than a help to it.

DOER was built to be the opposite. No ads, no algorithm, zero commission. A place to connect, learn, earn and build where what you do is the only credential, not your title, your pedigree or your history.

It was built solo by its founder over three years and went live in June 2026. The mission is to open achievement to anyone willing to do the work, no permission required. Entrepreneurship should not depend on your title, pedigree, network or starting point.

The founder's own story, and why he built it, is at https://itsadoerthing.com/scott.
