It doesn't appear in reliable sources I can draw from, which means it could be a newer, niche, or possibly low-visibility siteโ€”so caution and independent research are advised before using or purchasing from it.

Why this product is good

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing DocuSeal and Stoatify.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Stoatify's answer:

Anyone who has important documents to keep, find, share, and sign, from one person to a whole organization:

  • Individuals and families organizing records like taxes, insurance, medical, identity, property, and education.
  • Independent professionals and freelancers handling client documents, contracts, and signatures.
  • Teams and small businesses that need shared organizations, roles, and per-document access control.
  • Enterprises that need governance, audit trails, versioning, and a developer platform (API, SDK, CLI, webhooks) to integrate document workflows.

The common thread is people who want structured, secure document management and the workflows around those documents, not a generic file drive or an office editor.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Stoatify's answer:

Cloud drives (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) store files but leave you to organize, search, and sign elsewhere. Note apps (Evernote, Notion) are not built for records, permissions, or signatures. Household organizers (Trustworthy) stop at the family use case. Signing tools (DocuSign, DocuSeal) sign but do not manage your library. Self-hosted archivers (Paperless-ngx, Papra) mean you run and secure the server yourself.

Stoatify replaces that stack with one hosted platform:

  • Find documents by their contents with built-in OCR search, not just by filename.
  • Share exactly what you choose with revocable links, optional passwords and expiry, and a per-link access log.
  • Sign in place with sealed, verifiable PDFs and a completion certificate.
  • Keep a full version history and audit trail with one-click restore.
  • Grant access precisely with per-document and per-folder permissions, roles, and groups.

It is free to start with no credit card, and every feature you see ships live in production.

What makes your product unique?

Stoatify's answer:

Stoatify puts the whole document lifecycle in one secure, hosted place: capture, OCR full-text search, organization, sharing, e-signatures, versioning, and access control. You do not stitch together a cloud drive for storage, a separate search tool, and a signing service, and then hope the permissions line up. Documents live in a structured Vault, not a pile of folders.

Three things set it apart:

  • Built-in OCR search runs in-house, so documents are findable by the text inside them without shipping your files to a third-party service.
  • E-signatures are native, with a template builder, multi-party signing, a no-account public signing flow, and cryptographically sealed PDFs, so signing never means exporting to another app.
  • One product scales from a single person to an enterprise: every account starts with a free personal organization, and the same platform adds roles, groups, and per-document access control when you invite a family, client, team, or company.

AI-assisted organizing is available and fully under your control: each user turns it on or off for themselves.
