  • Agency Multi-Brand Management

  • Improved Code Organization
Modular JavaScript allows developers to break down code into smaller, manageable modules. This enhances code readability and maintainability by organizing related functionality together.
  • Code Reusability
Modules encourage reusability by allowing the same piece of code to be used across different projects or multiple areas of the same application, reducing redundancy.
  • Scalability
As the application grows, managing code becomes easier with modular JavaScript. Each module can be developed, tested, and maintained independently, making the codebase more scalable.
  • Encapsulation
Modules provide encapsulation, preventing variables and functions from polluting the global namespace. This reduces the risk of naming conflicts and bugs.
  • Improved Testing
With code organized into discrete modules, writing unit tests becomes more straightforward. Each module can be tested individually, leading to more reliable and maintainable tests.

Possible disadvantages

  • Increased Complexity
Introducing modularity can add complexity to the build process, as it often requires module loaders or bundlers (like Webpack or Browserify) to manage dependencies.
  • Overhead
For smaller projects, using a modular approach might be overkill, introducing unnecessary overhead in terms of setup, configuration, and code management.
  • Learning Curve
Developers unfamiliar with modular JavaScript may face a learning curve, especially when dealing with module patterns, loaders, and bundlers.
  • Dependency Management
Relying on multiple modules can lead to complex dependency chains, making it challenging to track and resolve dependencies across different modules.
  • Performance Overhead
Modular JavaScript can introduce performance overhead if not managed properly, such as loading many small modules individually, leading to increased HTTP requests.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Diploria AI and Modular JavaScript.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Diploria AI's answer

Solo brand owners and marketing teams monitoring their own AI visibility, plus agencies and consultants managing AI visibility and reporting across multiple client brands from one account.

What's the story behind your product?

Diploria AI's answer

Diploria was built by the team behind Reef Digital, a Sydney-based agency with nearly two decades of experience helping brands grow their visibility through SEO and digital marketing. When clients started asking whether they showed up in ChatGPT and other AI tools, founders Hadrien Brassens and Chris Redshaw realized there wasn't an affordable way to measure it, so they built Diploria themselves and are now sharing it with other agencies and brands facing the same shift. The name nods to brain coral, a reef structure built through many small organisms working together, reflecting how the founders see AI visibility as something built layer by layer over time.

What makes your product unique?

Diploria AI's answer

Diploria only reports what AI engines actually say. Every visibility score comes from a real, stored response from live API calls to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Deepseek, Llama, Qwen and Mistral, never modeled or estimated data. It also goes beyond tracking with an AI Readiness Scan that turns findings into a concrete, prioritized checklist of fixes.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Diploria AI's answer

Diploria pairs AI visibility tracking with actionable optimization: its AI Readiness Scan audits any page across five pillars and produces a prioritized fix checklist, and connecting Google Analytics 4 shows the real AI referral traffic reaching your site, not just mention counts. It also covers 12 AI surfaces live, including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Deepseek, Llama, Qwen and Mistral.
