Zedger is a free expense sharing app designed around how people actually manage money โ through separate books for different purposes.
Unlike generic expense trackers that dump everything into one list, Zedger gives you dedicated books for each money situation:
Family Book โ Track household expenses, groceries, utilities, and shared costs. Everyone stays in the loop without awkward money conversations.
Trip Book โ Add expenses on the go while traveling. See who paid what in real time with multi-currency support. Settle everything fairly when the trip ends.
Fund Collection Book โ Collecting money for birthday gifts, office parties, weddings, or community events? Track every contribution transparently.
Recurring Book โ Manage rent, subscriptions, EMIs, or monthly contributions with automatic tracking and reminders.
Key features:
Zedger is perfect for couples managing household expenses, roommates splitting rent, friends planning trips, and groups collecting funds for events. It keeps your shared financial life organized without spreadsheets or awkward WhatsApp messages.
Available on iOS and Android.

Based on our record, Digit seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 2 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Has anyone thought about using Digit's bank account? Seems like it has a lot of similar features to One/Simple. I'm definitely intrigued! https://digit.co/. Source: over 4 years ago
Also, just want to point out for anyone else who's reading that I'm not sure how well this would work for microbudgeting โ e.g. gas, food, power bill, etc. โ feels like that would be tedious to use with this UI. For me, I'm just setting aside rent, an emergency fund, credit card payments, and "fun money" so they're separate from my main balance. It's more like Digit than YNAB. Source: over 5 years ago
