Diffyn's answer
Addresses workflow and change management on LLM prompts, provide teams with traceability and visualization of tests across multiple models, provide deeper understading into efficiency of these prompts.
Pythia Scorecard's answer:
It does something most store tools miss: it listens to what actually happens at the checkout counter. Instead of relying on cameras or piles of sales receipts, it uses a small device that securely records the cashier-customer conversation. The background noise gets filtered out, which makes the data a lot more useful for store owners trying to see how staff are doing.
Diffyn's answer
Diffyn is the platform that specializes on both change management and multi-model analysis.
Pythia Scorecard's answer:
A lot of competitors hand over basic numbers or raw video, and then you are stuck watching for hours. Pythia cuts through that. It shows whether cashiers are asking customers to buy extra items, where problems are showing up, and who the strongest workers are. It also takes privacy seriously. Everything is processed on the device itself, and it does not store personal customer information.

React, Next.js, POSTGRESQL
Pythia Scorecard's answer:
We use a mix of smart in-store hardware, mainly small sensors with microphones and cameras, that process information securely on the spot. On the software side, the part managers use on phones and computers, we use modern web tools like React and advanced AI to turn store activity into daily reports that are easy to read.
Diffyn's answer
Professionals incorporating LLMs or AI tools in their workflow and wants to keep track of changes and test their prompts.
Pythia Scorecard's answer:
Our main audience is anyone who runs convenience stores or gas stations. That includes a small business owner with one local shop, and it also includes executives running chains with 500 or more locations.
Diffyn's answer
I started working on Diffyn when I notice that prompting has become an essential part of work across many industries. While there are version control platofrms like github, they are not designed for just prompt management are can be overkill such applications, it is also not integrated natively with various LLMs and relevant tools for users to validate ideas and visualise results properly.
Pythia Scorecard's answer:
Pythia Scorecard was created to solve a pretty obvious problem: store owners and managers do not really know what happens when they are not there. That blind spot costs money, mostly through missed sales, and it also means good employees can go unnoticed and leave. Pythia was built to act like the manager’s eyes and ears, so problems get caught fast and strong staff actually get recognized.
Pythia Scorecard's answer:
Some of Pythia Scorecard’s biggest customers include multi-location convenience store chains, regional gas station operators, independent retail owners, and retail brands that adopt new technology early. This list is a placeholder and can be replaced with customer names when available.
