Construction hiring has always run on gut feel. When a firm is working with multiple recruiting agencies, almost none of them can tell you which agency consistently delivers the best placements. Not because their teams don’t care, but because the data has never existed. We’re changing that....

Diffyn's answer
Addresses workflow and change management on LLM prompts, provide teams with traceability and visualization of tests across multiple models, provide deeper understading into efficiency of these prompts.
Placement.io's answer:
Placement is a recruitment marketplace built specifically for the construction and AEC industry. Unlike traditional staffing firms or generic hiring platforms, Placement connects employers with specialized recruiters who already understand construction roles, regional markets, and the urgency of filling hard-to-fill positions. The platform is designed to remove friction from the recruiting process by giving employers access to qualified recruiting partners without upfront commitments or unnecessary complexity.
Diffyn's answer
Diffyn is the platform that specializes on both change management and multi-model analysis.
Placement.io's answer:
A person should choose Placement because it combines industry specialization, marketplace efficiency, and a lower-friction hiring model. Instead of relying on one generalist recruiter or sorting through generic job board applicants, employers can tap into a network of recruiters focused on construction and AEC roles. Placement helps companies move faster, access better-fit candidates, and only engage when there is real hiring value.

Diffyn's answer
Professionals incorporating LLMs or AI tools in their workflow and wants to keep track of changes and test their prompts.
Placement.io's answer:
The primary audience for Placement is construction and AEC employers that need help filling specialized roles, especially positions like project managers, assistant project managers, estimators, superintendents, MEP professionals, and other hard-to-fill construction roles. The platform also serves specialized recruiters who want access to qualified construction hiring opportunities without spending as much time on business development.
Diffyn's answer
I started working on Diffyn when I notice that prompting has become an essential part of work across many industries. While there are version control platofrms like github, they are not designed for just prompt management are can be overkill such applications, it is also not integrated natively with various LLMs and relevant tools for users to validate ideas and visualise results properly.
