  • Specialized Notion Expertise
The team focuses specifically on Notion, meaning they have deep, specialized knowledge of the platform's features, templates, and best practices, which can lead to more effective and creative implementations than generalist consultants.
  • Customized Workspace Solutions
They offer tailored setups for businesses and individuals, designing Notion workspaces (like CRMs, project trackers, wikis) that fit specific workflow needs rather than generic templates.
  • Time-Saving for Businesses
By outsourcing the complex setup, organization, and automation of Notion workspaces, businesses can save significant time that would otherwise be spent on trial-and-error configuration.
  • Training and Onboarding Support
Beyond just building the system, they often provide training to team members, ensuring that the client's staff can effectively use and maintain the Notion setup after the initial consultation.
  • Scalability for Growing Teams
Their solutions are typically designed to scale, meaning as a business grows, the Notion systems they build can be adapted to handle more users, data, and complex workflows without a complete overhaul.

Possible disadvantages

  • Cost of Custom Consulting
Hiring an expert consultancy for a tool like Notion can be a significant expense compared to using free templates found online or configuring the tool independently, which might not fit smaller budgets.
  • Platform Dependency
Since the service is entirely focused on Notion, clients become heavily reliant on the Notion ecosystem; if the client ever needs to migrate to a different software platform, this specialized setup may not transfer easily.
  • Potential for Over-Engineering
Consultants might build highly complex systems utilizing advanced Notion features (like intricate relations and rollups) that, while powerful, could be overly complicated for a client's actual day-to-day needs or team's technical comfort level.
  • Limited by Notion's Native Constraints
No matter how skilled the expert is, they are still limited by Notion's own software limitations (such as offline capabilities or heavy database performance issues), meaning some client requests may be technically impossible to fulfill perfectly.
  • Variable Availability/Turnaround
As a specialized service, depending on their current client load, there might be waiting periods for consultations or project completions, which could be a con for businesses needing an immediate setup.
