DiagramTheGame connects the entire coaching-content workflow. Coaches can design animated plays and drills, organize them into playbooks, practice plans, and scouting reports, and then share the finished material with staff and players. The same workflow works across multiple sports and field variants instead of being limited to one tactical board.

DiagramTheGame goes beyond isolated play drawing. It combines a multi-sport animated editor with reusable playbooks, structured practice planning, scouting reports, team collaboration, and player delivery. Coaches can start with a permanent free plan, then add teams, coaches, and player access as their program grows.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Youth, club, school, college, and independent sports coaches who need to explain plays clearly and organize reusable coaching material. It is also useful for assistant coaches, program directors, coaching educators, and multi-team organizations.

What's the story behind your product?

DiagramTheGame's answer

DiagramTheGame began in 2016 as LacrosseLabs (lacrosselabs.io), a focused play-design tool for lacrosse coaches. The product gradually expanded from diagramming into playbooks, practice plans, scouting reports, team collaboration, and player access. As support expanded beyond lacrosse into basketball, hockey, floorball, field hockey, ultimate, volleyball, handball, and water polo, the product became DiagramTheGame to reflect the broader multi-sport platform.
