Protailor.ai's answer:

While job searching, I noticed every LinkedIn posting had 150+ applicants. Despite having a strong CV and solid experience, I rarely got replies. After researching, I discovered that most recruiters now use AI-powered ATS filtering to screen candidates. If your resume isn't optimized like SEO, it never reaches human eyes. I built Protailor to solve this problem for myself, tested it, and it worked immediately. Now I'm sharing that solution with other job seekers facing the same frustration.
