Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing DevTools Advanced and KindredMind.care.

What makes your product unique?

KindredMind.care's answer:

KindredMind is the only service that answers dementia calls in the family caregiver's own cloned voice. Every other solution blocks, redirects, or ignores the call. Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

KindredMind.care's answer:

Competitors like TeleCalm and GrandPad manage the call from the caregiver's side by blocking or limiting outgoing calls. KindredMind solves the problem from the person living with dementia's side by answering every call with warmth, patience, and a familiar voice. The person is never left unanswered. The caregiver is supported and amplified.

Co-founder Kirstin Thomas's mother Sharon lives with frontotemporal dementia in a memory care facility in Ontario. KindredMind.care's answer:

Family caregivers of people living with Alzheimer's disease across Canada and the United States Family caregivers of people living with dementia Families with loved ones in memory care facilities
