We use Octopus for our deployments (not only k8s, but pretty much every application we have). It might be too powerful (and expensive) for your needs, but I don't think there is a better tool for any kind of application deployment out there (and if you know of one, especially a cheaper one, please let me know ;-) ). Not open source, but there is also https://octopus.com/ which has a free self-hosted version. It's meant to be a deploy tool, but it has a nice ui for creating/running jobs. They can be scheduled or triggered via other methods. Source: over 3 years ago
