Possible disadvantages

  • Limited Information Availability
As a specific niche tool, there may be limited independent reviews, documentation, or community feedback available to fully evaluate its reliability and feature set.
  • Potential Feature Limitations
Aggregator-style platforms often provide simplified versions of tools that may lack the advanced features or customization options found in specialized standalone applications.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing DeveloperToolStack and Parthumanally.

What makes your product unique?

Parthumanally's answer:

AI does the repetitive work (screening, first drafts of job descriptions, interview guides), but nothing goes out without a human reviewing it. Most tools either automate everything or automate nothing. We picked the middle.

What's the story behind your product?

Parthumanally's answer:

Started as a broader HR platform idea, then narrowed to the part that was actually painful: screening CVs and writing job specs eats hours every week for teams without a recruiter on staff. Recruitment is where we're starting. More of HR is coming after.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Parthumanally's answer:

If you're a small HR team without dedicated recruiters, tools like Workable or Manatal give you a pipeline to manage but still leave the writing and screening work to you. Parthumanally generates that work with AI and has it checked by HR specialists before it reaches you.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Parthumanally's answer:

HR teams and SMBs across Europe who handle recruitment without a large dedicated team.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Parthumanally's answer:

Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Parthumanally's answer:

Still in early access, onboarding our first pilot teams.
