I am a Division 1 soccer player at Butler University. I have been doing drills on my own (with my dad) since I was very young, and I wanted to put together a workout plan that would help other soccer players excel at their game. I firmly believe that soccer players can make a huge impact on their team, and have amazing careers following a simple and consistent plan to get better every day.

Performix's answer:

Soccer parents are our biggest customer base. But we also work with clubs and club coaches that want to give their players clear plans that they can work on outside of practice. Ive always thought, pratice is for team dynamics. Movement, pressing, free kicks, learning to flow together... but outside of team practices is where players get better. Truly get better. Working on clean touches, passing, speed and agility. Its on their own. We help bring a plan to a child that is driven to get better!
