Hello Sniff pairs modern booking and family-portal software with a genuine human safety net. Vaccination documents can be read automatically, but a staff member always verifies the record before a dog is cleared to book. We also handle full data migration from your current system, with a validation report you review before going live, so switching software isn't a project.

What's the story behind your product?

Hello Sniff's answer:

Hello Sniff started with our own dog's daycare in Grass Valley, California. The owner was frustrated that the software available felt outdated, cost too much, and charged extra for features that should be included from the start. The more operators we talked to, the more we heard the same thing, so we built the booking, records, billing, and family portal system they actually wanted.
